We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures Planning, scheduling, and promoting events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems Resolve routine and complex inquiries Aptitude to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments Assisting with cryptocurrency conversion Assisting with equipment local research and samples purchasing for the company needs Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research Participating in exhibitions and business trips Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Job Description An opportunity exists for an experienced professional PA to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in an exciting, fast paced environment with a wide variety of talented people. You'll be responsible for all facets of administration. Central to the role will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients and internal stakeholders.
Providing day to day support to Partners and Managers and provide additional support to the wider team as required.
Monitoring of Partner’s mailboxes, telephone and voicemail when absent from office or in meetings and direct enquires appropriately
Monitor and update Partner’s to do list
Billing and debtor management
Event and functions organisation
Team and client communications
Ad-hoc range of administrative tasks and team support
Photocopying and binding as required
Contribute to developing strategies to improve current administration systems
